After our introduction, and your experiences and knowledge are known to us, we will soon get in touch. Is there a job for a client who requires your knowledge and skills? Then you will receive a temporary contract. After completion of the contract and job, we see if we can extend the contract and then you are able to link to a new project. Eventually, you can get a permanent contract. This, of course, depends on your work performance, commitment and flexibility.

Your Earnings and Future at Bagger B.V.

Your salary depends on several factors. We look at your age, experience, flexibility and availability. Your salary is determined before the start of your project in our employment contract. In addition to salary, we also think about your future. That's why you build your pension during your work period(s) for Bagger B.V. Our pension is regulated by Pension Fund for Personnel (StiPP), a pension fund for the flex industry. Furthermore, eight percent of your holidays funds will be reserved for you for each hour that you work.
